Corona virus Tracker App. Australia develops app to track corona patient.  Australia has launched a smartphone app to track people who come in contact with Corona patients despite privacy concerns, which officials say is unnecessary.

According to the details, the ‘Coveid Safe’ app uses the phone’s Bluetooth wireless signal to gather information about;  how people communicate with each other. If someone has infected with the coronavirus, health officials access to it.  Brendan Murphy, Australia’s chief medical officer, said the app would speed up the process; although it would speed up the process for health officials as young users detect the virus within 1.5 meters.

He said, “How will it work? Give a list of mobile phone numbers of people who have been in contact for 15 minutes or more. In Australia, there have been more than 6,700 cases of Quad 19 and the death toll has risen to 83.
There has been a significant drop in the number of epidemics in recent weeks, with only 16 new cases reported across the country on Sunday. Health officials say the massive use of the app has made it harder to move and gather. It will help ease sanctions. Less than half of the Australian population will need to download the program to make it an effective resource.

This app is free and signing up is voluntary, it may be mandatory despite initial suggestions. In an effort to allay privacy concerns, users may provide a fake name, and police may not be able to access data for criminal investigations.while all information is automatically deleted after 21 days.
